Walhalla Hotel

The Walhalla hotel is a charming hotel close to the main train station and the centre of Zurich. This popular hotel has a light and airy feel to it, with its colonial style lounge area and reception.

The restaurant offers Italian specialities, and serves drinks and snacks outside. Breakfast here is included for guests at the Walhalla, and consists of a cold buffet. The hotel is ideally situated for guests wishing to see the sights of Zurich, as the city tours leave from directly across the road. Equally, if you want to escape the city for a while, excellent value coach tours leave from here to the mountains and lakes of Switzerland.

The Walhalla is only 2 minutes walk from the train station, and a short distance to the old town and shopping streets. Direct trains connect the Hauptbahnhof to the airport every 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively guests may use the airport shuttle at CHF 20 per person.
