The building is a lovely traditional large Swiss chalet style house. The facade is cream with dark wood and gold trimmings, which help to give the hotel its elegant appearance.
On average the bedrooms are medium sized. The decor in the rooms varies slightly, but all are traditionally furnished and in very good condition. The bathrooms too are in very good condition.
The medium sized lobby is traditional in style. It has a stone tiled floor and with the inclusion of a large Persian rug and the colourful classical furniture employed, the area is particularly welcoming. A cosy lounge area leads off the lobby area, where guests can relax and order drinks.
The two restaurants provide a choice between an international cuisine served in refined surroundings and a more simple cuisine served in a more casual atmosphere.
