The hotel is situated just a few hundred metres from San Marco and directly on the shoreline of the lagoon, with spectacular views across the water to the Giudecca and Lido.

The building is a Palace from the 14th century annexed with the 19th century palazzo called ?Casa Nuova? and the modern building ?Danielino?.
Rooms are of different sizes and furnished with a stylish decor and comfortable furnishings. Some rooms have parquet floor and red carpets with Murano chandeliers and antique wooden furniture. Others have dark yellow fabric walls and small seating areas composed of a 'pouf' style easy chair. The ceiling is enriched by beautiful paintings. The bathrooms are decorated in Lagoon green, Portuguese pink, and French red marble.
The hotel offers La Terrace, a charming rooftop restaurant with gorgeous views of the Lagoon, moreover Bar Danieli and Bar Terrazza Danielli.
The lobby is a magnificent and spacious hall with marble and luxurious furnishings. There is a small wooden reception desk. The lobby has a high ceiling and at the left side there are marble columns. At the right side of the desk there is a red carpeted stairway leading to the upper floors featuring marble columns. At the right side of the entrance, through a marble arch, there is a beautiful sitting area with Murano glass chandeliers. Another sitting area is sumptuously decorated with antique pictures and the ceiling is decorated with gold leaf. Yellow easy chairs are in front of the fireplace.
