The hotel is housed in a converted palace built by the knights of the Order of St John and therefore typical of architecture in the surrounding areas of Valletta.
Lobby is small, classical and cozy. In contrast to the limestone walls which are kept in their original state, the red sofas and dark wood furnishings give a very noble Maltese feel to the hotel's entrance.
The buffet style restaurant is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. Here guests can enjoy a variety of local and international cuisine. The rustic styled bar offers a cozy atmosphere, where guests can relax and enjoy a drink. It is situated indoors and located on the front side of the hotel.
The rooms are kept in great condition, as is the rest of the hotel. Colour TV, direct telephone dialling, air-conditioning and hair dryers are standard in every room. Classical decor is used throughout the units.
