The hotel is situated in the centre of Shinjuku. It is just a 5 minutes walk away from South exit of JR Shinjuku station and close to major shopping area. Airport limousine shuttle service is operated between both Narita/Haneda Airports and the hotel.
After complete renovation, the hotel was re-opened in Autumn 2007. Now it features all brand new facilities. It is also conveniently located in Shinjuku district, a vibrant and internationally oriented business and entertainment area in the centre of Tokyo.
It is a brown 14 storey modern building with small entrance gate.
All rooms are medium in size and furnished with modern furniture in good condition. All are equipped with a refrigerator, Japanese tea making facility, trouser press and complimentary high speed internet access. The bathroom is small, clean and kept in good condition.
The lobby is medium in size and newly decorated in modern comfortable design with many sitting space.
There is a cafe restaurant on the ground floor where daily breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served. Additionally, a bar and a guest lounge are on the 2nd floor. All guests can access to the guest lounge without any charge.
