The hotel is located a stones throw away from the beach and the main entertainment and shopping areas. It is well located for both tourist and business travellers and very close to the new marina area, home to a wide array of bars and restaurants.

There are 120 rooms, well equipped with interconnecting doors for family use and with wheelchair access. 27 rooms have kitchenettes. All rooms are air conditioned and flat screen tv's. All are in excellent condition and have light brown furniture with a pastel/natural colour scheme with parquet flooring. Some rooms overlook the sea.
