Bedrooms are medium-sized in general, although the 100 business rooms are larger. Standard rooms are in good condition; business rooms are in very good condition. The decor is modern throughout, with a simple and business-like style to the rooms, which are painted white with mahogany furniture. Bathrooms are similarly simple in design and in good condition.
The hotel has two restaurants, one located on the ground floor called Amarillo serves a range of Mexican food and the other located on the second floor is where breakfast is served and is open in the evenings serving a range of a la carte dishes.
The lobby is large; the reception to the right is a long wooden desk. There is a large area with comfortable seating in the centre of the lobby. The whole area has a luxurious brand new feel. A bar is located to the left on a very slightly higher level; a nice place to relax.
