This 7-storey luxury hotel comprises a total of 252 rooms including 60 suites and features a reception desk, an elegant lobby, comfortable seating areas, boutiques and shops, in addition to a hairdresser's salon, a lift, a bar, a 24-hour bistro, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and a public Internet terminal. 24-hour room service is also available and an hourly babysitting service is available on request and on payment of an additional fee. Each of the stylish, welcoming rooms comes with an en suite bathroom (including bathrobe), a hairdryer, a trouser press, a direct dial telephone, pay and cable TV, Internet access, a minibar/ fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony with sea views. The fabulous 2-room junior suites are more spacious and additionally feature a sitting area. Selected double rooms may be booked for use by a single occupant.

There is a daily entertainment programme as well as live music on three nights of the week as well as a special entertainment programme for children (around 9:30 am - 5 pm, mid-June until mid-September). There is a hotel shuttle bus service to St Julian's six times per week as well as to Sliema and Valletta (for additional fees).
