The lobby is medium to large with a central circular check in area and more seating adjoining. The decor is marble with large flower presentations. There are gift shops and stairs leading to the cafe behind.
There is a a very popular fusion restaurant called the Square. Food is served buffet style and also ala minute where the chefs will cook individual portions on the spot.
Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant served authentic Halal Indonesian buffet for lunch and dinner as well as a la carte.
