The hotel is located 4 kms from the International Airport and a short drive from the centre of Siem Reap town.
Facilities: Swimming pool to the rear of the building, modest health club, massage and Internet. Conference room for up to 150 people. Business centre with secretarial services. Room service. Two bars, one indoors, the other outdoors. Decent enough choice for a standard first class property.
The hotel is modern low-rise (3 storey) white concrete building with the seemingly obligatory khmer style roof and finals lending it some elegance. The hotel was built while strongly inspired by the rich heritage of Khmer culture.
Breakfast and other meals are served at the Lotus Restaurant, serving Khmer and continental food in competent rather than glamorous fashion. Weather permitting there is also a rooftop garden where breakfast can also be taken.
Rooms are standard and deluxe. Both room types are the same, in medium size, decorated with modern fabric styles and fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, IDD telephone, In-room deposit box, satellite TV, mini-bar, bathrobes, and slippers. Rooms also feature local wooden furniture, and are pleasant if not remarkable. Deluxe rooms are on the second and third floor with a nicer city view. Bathrooms are of medium size and clean.
The renovated lobby is spacious with a large central chandelier and local timbers for furnishings and decorations.
