It was a bit dated and run down. I got a reservation through Skoosh when their website said they were full. I also called and they said they were full. I do realize I paid more than the regular rate-but I needed to be in Seattle and didnt have any other option. So it fit the bill for what was needed. |

I checked in to a room with a broken bed. The desk clerk said that he would "have housekeeping look at it". I asked for a new room. He said there were none; that the rooms were preassigned and he couldn't change them. I think he was saying that my room rate didn't warrant any better room. Housekeeping determined that the bed WAS broken but they didn't have another bed to replace it. After a discussion in the back room, he reluctantly gave me another room, stating that his manager was going to great contortions to accommodate my problem. MY PROBLEM! I think the problem was really with the clerk. Be sure to get a room above the 10th floor and with a king size bed. |

Location good, central and giving easy access to very interesting downtown. Good restaurants very close. Value for money fair. |

I thought that the Warwick was great. The check in was fast and painless. The parking was easy (a little expensive). Our room was good size. The best part about it was it was walking distance from all. We were a couple blocks from 2 malls. 1-2 blocks to 2 theatres. 4 blocks from 1st Ave Drag. 6 blocks from Pike Place Market. It was great. |

Had the room cost me the $116.76 the hotel said it would have charged me had I booked the room directly with them instead of the $170.00 you charged me, I'd probably have considered it a good value for the money. |
