We were due to stay in a standard room for two nights but there had been some over booking so we were asked if we would mind staying in another hotel of the same standard near-by. In return we were offered an upgrade to the executive suite. We agreed to this. The suite was very nice, well-appointed, comfortable and clean, and had a lovely balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The barman/bellman was extremely friendly and helpful (unlike the concierge). The location of the hotel is great, allowing for easy access for sightseeing.

My stay at Keppler was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Every single staff member was courteous and made leaps and bounds to ensure our stay was pleasant. Philippe at the front desk was very friendly and recommended excellent restaurants for us. We loved the furnishings in the lobby as well as in our room, and the bar and breakfast were excellent. I am surprised at the amount of money I paid, it was an excellent value, and I would pay more to stay here again. This hotel is also on a quiet street, and 5 minute walk to arc de triomphe-champs elysses, and 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and boat cruise docks. I honestly can't think of anything bad about this hotel. The beds were comfy, the room always clean, good closet, good tv, and friendly professional staff. Would definitely return!

The location was very convenient, the breakfast superb and the staff was extremely responsive and helpful. room ws a bit on the small side but not a problem. My only small complaint was the 8 euro charge for one hour of time on the business enter to use the internet. On balance, we would recommend this hotel very highly.

Tiny rooms, even for Paris, but everything is of a very nice quuality. The best aspect of this hotel (apart from the air-conditioning and lovely decor) is the staff. The concierges are very well informed and couldn't have been more helpful. A nice place to stay. Got a great price through skoosh - a price well worth the quality of the hotel. I would not have paid, nor do I think their rack rates are worth it.

I would definitely recommend the Keppler Hotel. The location was excellent and rooms and overall hotel immaculate. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although I wouldn't spend and additional 22 Euros on the breakfast, it was included in my rate and was very satisfying. The breakfast provided a very good selection and the quality of food and service was very good. The rooms and bath are very small, but that is rather typical for Paris. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely happily look forward to another visit stay.

We were completely impressed with Keppler Hotel in Paris. It was an excellent value especially since it included free breakfast served until 11:00am. It was a pleasure to come back to the Keppler every evening and have the bed turned back with chocolates and a card letting us know the weather forecast for the next day, very nice touch. Our housekeeper was very sweet and so efficient, she even folded clothes and organized the bathroom daily when we had to rush out. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, and were English speaking when needed. The decor is beautiful. We were at the Keppler 5 nts and stayed in many other hotels during our trip to Europe, by far, Keppler was the best hotel we stayed in. We will most certainly stay at Keppler Hotel on our next trip to Paris. Great location. Highly Recommend!

I choose this hotel as it was very highyly rated on many review sites. I was not disappointed at all. The hotel is very close to the champs... and from our checkin till we left we had a wonderful time. Very highly recommended.
