The welcome reflected the general feel of the hotel- very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very small- but we expected this- and for a short stay was perfectly adequate. I would not want to stay for too long and would ask for a larger room. The lobby/bar/gym areas have been designed beautifully, and while the rooms are decorated tastefully our room looked a bit tired, as did the bathroom. I have to say the positives all outweigh the negatives by some margin. I think this is the nicest area to stay in Paris and we will definitely be back.
