Soria Moria

The Soria Moria is located on the summit of Holmenkollen, in beautiful woodlands, just around the corner from the famous Holmenkollen ski jump. You can take the Metro from Oslo city centre up to Voksenkollen station, and from the station there is a 15-min walk to the hotel.
This hotel offers the traveller a wonderful experience in itself. Downtown Oslo is just a 15-minute trip by car, bus or train, but in these tranquil surroundings, feels like it could be a million miles away. For the nature lover, this hotel comes most highly recommended! Please note that Soria Moria has a non-smoking policy that applies to the whole hotel, including all room types. The lobby is large, with plentiful seating. It is decorated in warm Scandinavian colours, with extensive use of exposed wooden beams. The floor is of wood and rough stone.
The rooms are large and modern, with up-to-date furniture and decor that cleverly mixes contemporary European style with typical Scandinavian touches. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition. In many ways, the most remarkable aspect of the rooms is the stunning view most enjoy over the surrounding woodlands and beyond, to the high fells to the north.
