this hotel looked like it was renovated recently.. Great value for what you pay. Simple rooms that are very clean. Ideally located in a great spot...For those who love the casino. 2 minutes walking distance. For those with kids. 2 minutes from a waterpark. You dont even have to go outside. Thier is a walking bridge that is atttached from hotel to waterpark. Inside the hotel. It has numerous courtyard settings. where a group of people can sit and hang around. great atmosphere. really recommend this for families. |

This is our third time at this hotel. We really enjoy going there. You are across the street from the casino, a few minutes walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill. The price was reasonable, and the rooms are very clean. We met up with some friends there and we were able to vist in the courtyard instead of staying in our rooms. I will definitely go back there again. |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Not far from the casino and other attractions on Clifton Hill. Walking distance to the falls. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. |

The rooms were acceptable at the Skyline Inn. We had some problems the first night we were there due to noisy neighbors. They gave us a room that had an interjoining door to another hotel room. NOT a good idea if you get one of these rooms. I would recommend moving ASAP. Our neighboors were VERY loud during quiet hours. We called to notify the front desk and they said they would take care of the problem for us. 2 1/2 hours later at about 2:45 am my husband had to physically get out of bed and get dressed to go complain in person because NOTHING had been done. Finally security knocked on our neighboors hotel room door and asked them to be quiet. The next day, we moved rooms. The hotel staff did nothing for the inconvenience. So, all in all, I will stay somewhere else next time. |

I was pleasantly surprised with the Skyline Inn. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very nice, good sized, new furniture/bedding/bathroom. Only suggestion I could make is they should post signs to use the NEW thermostat to adjust the temp in your room, NOT the switch on the AC unit. A little noisy -- NOT because kids were running around being obnoxious, just that the walls were probably a little thin and you could hear little ones crying here and there and a little bit of wall bumping and doors opening and closing. The family movie in the courtyard was really nice. The courtyards were way nicer and cleaner than I expected. I wish the rooms had a microwave but other than that it was GREAT. The water park was overpriced though. Close to Clifton Hill and the main riverfront. Will be back! |
