This charming hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan's exciting, historic theatre district and close to the excitement of Times Square.
The hotel was built in 1931, in the same grand Art Deco style as Radio City Music Hall, and is situated in one of the most dynamic sections of New York City. NOTE: As of 29 January 2007, the Edison will be a smoke-free building. A large building from the early Thirties, with an art deco facade. Each comfortable guest room at the hotel is tastefully decorated in warm, rich colours with attractive, modern furniture. All guest rooms are fully equipped. Hotel has safety deposit boxes located behind the front desk that are free of charge, if the key is lost, hotel will charge USD150. 00. The hotel features several delightful restaurants, as well as a piano bar and lounge where guests can relax over a meal or a quiet drink at the end of each day.
