This is a tall red/brown brick building with staggered stories on the upper levels. It is a former residential building dating back to the late Thirties, so is traditional in style.

The rooms are large and kept in good condition. They are comfortable with good views overlooking Broadway or Central Park. The standard room includes either two double beds or one king-sized bed, a marble bathroom and fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffeemaker, tea kettle and complimentary coffee and tea.
The small lobby is stylish, with a black and white tiled floor incorporating a small seating area.
