The 'Terracotta Restaurant' is open in the evenings and serves a refreshingly light a la carte menu of Mediterranean fusion cuisine. Using fresh local produce, herbs and spices, the chef has created a menu which is inspired by the near Orient and infused by the richness of the Mediterranean. The pool-side bar serves a choice of light snacks and salads in a casual setting around the swimming pool at lunch-time. Breakfast is a full American buffet with a rich selection of hot and cold dishes. The hotel offers a large sea-water pool with adjacent splash pool, surrounded by decking with plenty of sun-beds and shaded areas. Arrival and departure transfers are on request and apply only to full paying guests. A small well equipped fitness room is located on-site and there are numerous possibilities for jogging in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. A wide range of water sports are available on Paradise beach, including water-skiing, jet skis and scuba diving. Windsurfing is also available nearby, as is horse-riding. Spacious, well-appointed Superior rooms are located either on the ground floor or first floor and have private balconies or verandas with beautiful sea views.
