The hotel is located in Al Kuwair, midway between Seeb International Airport (12 km) and the central business district. The hotel is in the vicinity of the ministries, diplomatic area, Natural History Museum (1 km), National Sports Centre (2 km) and the Oman Exhibition Center (12 km).
The health and fitness centre offers a gymnasium, sauna, and massages, and there is a temperature-controlled swimming pool for both adults and children. This is not the most luxurious hotel in town, but is well located and reasonably well maintained.

The lobby is medium-sized with the reception to the left and comfortable seating available. The lobby is a little dated and dark.
The rooms are large and recently refurbished, equipped with wireless Internet access, radio, satellite television, direct dial telephone, voicemail, hair dryer, trouser press, mini-bar and individually controlled central air conditioning. Private bathrooms are well maintained.
