I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff does not smile, towels are limited, toilet paper is limited. Very disappointed.

Location was pretty good, in that it was right next to the Metromover. Staff was occasionally pleasant, but never helpful. There were no blankets in the rooms at all. We were told they had no blankets to give us either! Dripping faucet, but plenty of hot water. Served its purpose, but I'll not stay there again.

We read the reviews and we were a bit apprehensive about staying at this hotel at first. The location was what made us re-consider - and I am glad we did!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. No bedbugs!

Admittedly the hotel is old, and has the quirky decor of an older hotel, but it suited us perfectly fine. If I want to stay in downtown Miami at a great price I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was only 1 mile from the Port and we would stay here again if we go on another cruise. Would not stay for more than 1 night. We had a very small room. Clean hotel but not much for food.
