Henry Hobauser built the South Beach Hotel sin 1939, and we carefully restored it to preserve and recreate its original features to such an extent that the City of Miami Beach honored us with a Beautification Award. The privileged location in the heart of the Art Deco Historic District allows the guest to walk to The Bass Museum (across the street), and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The sandy beaches of the American Riviera, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, The Jackie Gleason Theater and all of the area’s major attractions, as well as the fabulous nightlife are easily accessible. The 51 rooms and suites have been created with you in mind. Executive work space with electrical outlets and computer connection, two line phone with data port, and voicemail messaging are just some of the amenities that await you along with central air conditioning, and cable TV. Add an oversized closet, luggage rack, and a large bathroom with jetted bathtub for a relaxing bath at the end of a busy day of work or play, to create a feeling of home away from home. Irons and ironing boards are promptly provided upon request, and safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
