***Due to complete renovation of the Area Lumus Park in front of the Penguin Hotel by the City of Miami Beach, the throughway from the Penguin Hotel to the beach has been closed off. Guests will have to walk around the area to get to the beach during this period. ****PLEASE note that you MUST have a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) with you at check-in to cover the deposits for incidentals.
