The hotel was nice, clean and met all of our needs. The bet part was the location. We were able to walk easily to Beale Street. Rooms were small, but we didn't need much room with just the two of us. I would stay there again, no doubt.

We stayed at this hotel during the weekend of the St. Jude Marathon. This hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the major attractions of downtown Memphis. Our room was nice and had a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was decent- there are cafes nearby if the coffee and pastries don't meet your standard. So we would definitely stay there again.

BUT, the valet parking (service provided by another company) was not up to the same standards as the hotel. Parking spaces were at a premium due to the marathon, and we had to use the service. It took 3 demands to get our car. That wasn't acceptable. To their credit, the hotel staff was profusely apologetic, even though it wasn't their fault. Still, we would avoid the valet.

The Sleep Inn was a nice facility. My group would stay there again. Rooms were small but decorated with taste and clean. Good matress condition also. The shower was probably the best shower I'd ever used! Breakfast was good every day with the exception of Sunday; Not enough food or drink on hand that day. Over all worth the money and recommended. Our expectations were met!

I would recommend others to stay at the hotel. It is conveniently located to all of Memphis's downtown attractions. But it is very expensive -- in fact, too expensive -- for the amenities it offers.
