The hotel is located in a quiet area, in the good area of Hivernage where all mayor hotels as Sofitel or Meridien are located. This great location offer the clients to go walking to all mayor city attractions. It has a good access to the airport; no more than 20 minutes taxi ride.
This is a good 4-star hotel with good leisure facilities, which include pool, health & Spa and sports centre. We highly recommend.

The building is a 70's style building similar to a beehive for its balconies. The hotel has a little garden & parking space in the front.
The lobby is really big and decorated in an elegant Andalusian style. It opens up onto a lounge where more seats are available.
The rooms has been recently renovated and are kept in really good condition. The size of the room can be consider medium. All rooms have all necessary amenities as air condition, fridge, international television channels. All rooms have a small balcony over viewing the pool or the gardens. The bathrooms are medium size also and again, clean and in good condition.
There are three restaurants offering a wide range of international and local cuisine. The hotel has its famous lounge called Casa, popular in the Marrakech locals.
1 km to the nearest station (avenue de france), 1 kms to city centre, 2 kms to the nearest airport (marrakech).
