Barcelo Marbella

The hotel is located in Guadalmina, in front of a 45-hole golf course.
It is about 10 minutes by car to Marbella town and a 5-10 minute drive to the beach.
This is an excellent property, only recently opened. It comes highly recommended for clients looking for a very good standard hotel, and its outdoor pools for adults and children, plus paddle tennis court, make it especially suited for families. There is a gym, sauna, Turkish bath and beauty treatments. iv 12/08.
The building is traditional, only three floors high, with balconies in both sides.
The lobby is large, with the reception desk on the right of the entrance along with a sitting area. The lobby opens up onto the bar in the other side of the reception. The decoration and the space give a very good impression as you arrive.
The rooms are spacious and smartly decorated with high-quality furniture. Pastel coloured walls are matched with dark wood furniture. The style is classic, with chocolate coloured drapes and ceiling.
There are two restaurants: one a la carte and another by the pool serving lunch. The main restaurant boasts very elegant decoration.
2 km to the nearest beach, 60 kms to the nearest airport (malaga), 7 kms to city centre.
