The hotel is located in the city centre oposite the congress centre. It is only a short walk to the old town area. The building is set back from the road.
This is a very good hotel for the traveller who wants to explore Karlsruhe. Overall this is a no nonsense product, particularly practical as a baden baden alternative due to good links to the a5 motorway.

The building is modern, but featureless in design and looks like an office or apartment block. There is a coverd pathway leading to the front entrance.
The lobby and reception area is medium sized with a semi circular reception desk straight on through the front door. The lobby area is tiled with marble and a central glass chandelier provides a stylish touch.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor, and has been recently renovated in a modern light style. The warm atmosphere is very inviting. There is also a bar area with outside seating during the fine weather periods.
The rooms are medium sized with a neutral decor and simple, country style. They are, however in very good condition, whilst the bathrooms are in good condition.
