This cheap but cheerful hotel makes a fine base for travellers on a budget. The ferry terminals for boats out of Helsinki to Tallinn, Stockholm etc are a short walk away.

The hotel has a small canteen off the lobby.
The lobby is medium sized with some limited seating.
The rooms are recently renovated small and simple with modern functional furniture. They are clean, comfortable and in very good condition. Shower rooms are shared and there are two large rooms on each floor, one for men and one for women. There is also a large common room on each floor with a simple kitchen and some seating.
1 km to the nearest fair site (wanha satama), 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (kaisaniemi), 15 kms to the nearest airport (helsinki-vantaa), 2 km to the nearest station (helsinki central railway stat. ), 2 kms to city centre, 4 km to the nearest beach, 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
