Reviews of Gar Anat Hotel De Peregrinos Granada

Review by: Paul and Carole, Sunderland, United Kingdom

Stayed: May 2009

A thoughtfully restored old building retaining traditional enclosed courtyard (now covered) with water fount. Simply, but very well furnished in modern style that works well. Interesting art works. A quiet oasis but in a good central location. Cool refuge from outdoor heat. Rooms imaginatively decorated, attractive and individually styled.Room had AC, though we didn't need it. We greatly enjoyed the buffet breakfasts - fruit, cheese, cooked meats, breads, pastries, home made cakes and fruit tarts, selection of coffees/teas. Also the free afternoon snacks. No evening meals but plenty of choice just down the street in Calle Las Navas or a little further afield. Staff all friendly, attentive and helpful. Would say it was excellent but for a minor carp - the room was very clean, but not entirely spotless. Would go again if I could get the same deal - full price is a bit higher.
