The hotel is situated in the historical centre of the city, easy to reach from Santa Maria Novella railway station and a little more than 30 minutes from Amerigo Vespucci airport. This is an excellent 2-star property with an ideal location. D. O 02. 2009. This is an historical building. The hotel has a breakfast room only. The hotel offers 29 nice rooms located on 3 floors, with direct-dial telephone, TV and fan. En-suite bathrooms are available in 23 of 29 rooms, while the other 6 rooms have an external private bathrooms. The lobby is small in size but very nice and welcoming. 7 kms to the nearest airport (peretola).

As of July 2011 Florence is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure.
