This is a very nice hotel with a friendly, lively atmosphere. The Hotel base is ideal for both business and pleasure, and is only 20 minutes away from the Birmingham N. E. C. Location is in the heart of this historic City, adjoining the famous Coventry Cathedral. The Hotel is within walking distance to both Coventry Transport Museum and the Belgrade Theatre.
This is a modern seven-storey building - built in 1973 and renovated in 1990.
The lobby area is of medium size with wooden pillars that are painted black. The Reception is spacious a with comfortable seating area leading to the bar and restaurant.
The restaurant is very stylish and also looks out onto the garden. The menu is traditional English cuisine. In addition, there are 2 bars where light meals and cocktails are available.
The rooms are all large and contain Bath and shower, colour TV with limited satellite channels, hairdryer, radio, trouser press and hospitality tray. Some rooms near the rear of the hotel have balconies overlooking the gardens.
