The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the city centre between 08:00-19:30 during the week and 10:00-19:00 weekends. The hotel will also drop clients off at the TranzAlpine railway station.

Rooms are medium to large and a good standard. They contain amenities such as mini bar, cable TV, iron/ironing board. Many rooms open directly out to the gardens.
The Garden Court Brasserie is a bright sun room which opens on to the rose gardens offering al fresco dining at its best. This Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Den is an English style pub perfect for that pre-dinner drink or just for relaxing and unwinding.
