Everything about this hotel was perfect. It was a fancy; but not pretentious. The entire staff was friendly to a point that I thought I was in wonderland (minus mushrooms). The rooms were large and clean. Our expectations were more than met with an amazing view. It was overall awesome. Stay here.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better...truly in the middle of everything. The staff was by far the friendliest staff I've ever encounted at a Chicago Hotel. Everyone including front desk, bell hop, waiter and housekeeping, were friendly and ready to help with anything. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location! our room was on 34th floor -spectacular views of the city skyline.
Size of the room can easily fit up to six people! It was huge!
Two Qsized beds, comfortable chairs,
I was impressed with quality of the room and location.
I would highly recomend it to others. And will stay there again in the heart beat.
Great value for the money we spent.
Parking was $43 per night the only bad thing...

Looking for the great location, in a great city? Then look no further than Hotel 71. The location at 71 Wacker Drive and Michigan is wonderful. Go south to museums, go north to some of the best shopping in the world and restaurants abound. The rooms are nice but not over the top. The price is excellent. But, what makes this a 10 is the staff. They are helpful, personable, and service driven.
