Hilton Budapest

Located on the Buda side of the city, the hotel is the only deluxe hotel situated on Castle Hill. It benefits from a unique location overlooking the Fisherman's Bastion and opposite St. Mattias church with splendid views of the Danube river and Margaret island. It is in a quiet location in a semi-pedestrian cobbled street in one of the most famous and beautiful parts of the city. The nearest metro and train station is the Deli-Pu (south).

The hotel has a modern exterior. A particular and unique feature is the 14th century monastery within its walls, which is visible from some of the rooms as well as from the lobby bar.
All the rooms are large. Rooms are of an exceptional standard and as one would expect, all are fully equipped. All rooms have a small ante-chamber separated from the main bedroom by a wooden screen. Bathrooms are large and luxuriously finished in marble.
The lobby is large and elegantly appointed with a wood panelled reception area and a number of comfortable seats. There is also a small souvenir shop.
There are a number of eating venues at the hotel, including the fine gourmet restaurant, the Dominican, with spectacular views over the Danube. The traditional Kalocsa featuring gypsy music, a roof-top cocktail bar and the Faust wine bar in the monastery's former wine cellar.
