The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Brussels, in a commercial and business area fairly close to the airport and to NATO head quarters.
This hotel has recently benefited form a major overhaul and is now a very welcoming and comfortable and attractive hotel, suitable for all clients. 07/11.
It is a very modern building with no special features.
The bedrooms have all been renovated and now have air conditioning and are in very good condition. They are medium to large in size with burgundy wood and beige colour scheme giving it a more luxurious and corporate feel. The bathrooms have also been renovated and are in excellent condition with black and white tiling and rose coloured sink. 70% of the bedrooms have very large power showers and 30% are with bath. All bedrooms have internet connection.
The lobby is medium sized and bright and welcoming with a marble reception area and as the overall theme of the hotel is chocolate, there are also chocolate statues in the lobby.
The restaurant, located on the ground floor, has recently been re-renovated and is now more modern and trendy with a aubergine colour scheme and in the theme of a wine cellar. It serves a traditional, regional menu although on weekends, this is more limited.
10 km to the nearest fair site (heysel), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 200 kms to the airport (schiphol), 3 kms to the airport (brussels international), 5 km to the nearest station (gare du nord), 5 kms to city centre.
