The Bintan Lagoon Resort is located on the north-western shores of Bintan Island, Indonesia, just 55 minutes by ferry from bustling Singapore. Bintan Lagoon Resort overlooks the South China Sea and archipelago of the Riau
islands.
For guests travelling from Singapore point of departure, Bintan Resort is accessible via high-speed catamarans from Singapore's Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT). From Changi International Airport to TMFT, the drive is about 10 minutes. From the Singapore Cruise Centre, it is a 25-minute drive to TMFT. The catamaran journey takes 55 minutes. Check-in time: 1 hour before departure. Each passenger has up to 20kg baggage allowance. Tickets are available at Ticketing Counter 17a at TMFT.
For guests travelling from Indonesia point of departure; take a domestic flight to Hang Nadim Airport on neighbouring Batam Island. Regular speedboat available from Nongsa Ferry Terminal in Batam and Bandar Bentan Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts. The ferry journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Tickets may be purchased from the domestic terminal next to Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal.
Two-way transfers between the hotel and ferry terminal will be provided by the hotel.
