The Banff Voyager Inn is a basic hotel located a 10 minute walk from shops and nightlife. This 88 room property features a dining room, lounge, indoor whirlpool and dry sauna and an outdoor heated pool that is open year round. All rooms have a private balcony, voicemail, remote cable TV, private bathroom and 2 queen-size beds that can accommodate up to four people, based on sharing existing beds. The rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter as there is some street noise during the night in the front facing rooms. They serve afternoon snacks on the Garden Patio (open May through September) and dinner in the dining room which has great views of Cascade Mountain. The front desk staff can offer guests information on local sightseeing, car rental and attractions. A good choice if you just need somewhere to rest your head at the end of a day skiing or snowboarding.
