Located in the very heart of Amsterdam, close to Dam Square, the Anne Frank House and all the major attractions that Amsterdam has to offer.
This family run hotel has an excellent location and very friendly staff; however, the stairs at the entrance are very steep and so not ideal for everybody. 050907JG.
The exterior is very traditional and belongs to a traditional shopping arcade and the hotel is located above these shops.
The bedrooms are very nice for this category of hotel and some have views over the canal, and some have small balconies. They are all in good condition although some are smaller than others. The bathrooms are also in good condition.
The breakfast room is located on the first floor and is fairly small but has a small balcony overlooking Amsterdam and the canal. This room is open all day so people can make themselves tea and coffee, help themselves to biscuits and even cook in the small kitchen if they like so long as they clean up after themselves.
The lobby is reached by extremely steep stairs and is very small indeed.
